Himmelbjerg Bed & Breakfast is located in beautiful rural surroundings in the town Gl. Laven between Silkeborg and Ry with great walking and bicycling opportunities in the forest and by the lake. 1 km to train station in Laven as well as to the boats going to Silkeborg, Ry and one of Denmark’s largest mountains "Himmelbjerget". 300 meter to the put & take lake Gl. Laven Fiskesø, 300 meter to swimmingpool, 1 km to canoe rental, 4 km to restaurant and 7 km to a golf course and Jyllandsringen.

The farm contains an apartment at 36m² with two rooms for 5 persons. The apartment is rented as a whole. In one of the rooms there is 2 box mattresses, and in the other a double bed-settee plus guestbed. Bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, cooker, coffee machine and electric kettle. Futhermore there is internet access and TV with many channels. The garden and terrace can freely be used.
